Over the past couple of months I’ve added to my personal technology collection by way of a new laptop and a wearable.

HP Spectre x360 – Beautiful hybrid laptop which combines superb productivity, portability and entertainment capabilities in one.

Microsoft Band 2 – Primarily a fitness device the Band 2 comes packed with sensors and functionality at a  very reasonable price. Its very early days and I’ll be writing about my experiences moving forward into 2016 and beyond.

 

Desktop – Dell Inspiron 3847 – Purchased in November 2014 this desktop PC replaced my ageing Windows XP and inherited Windows 7 desktops.

Laptop  – Dell Inspiron M5040 – Purchased in May 2012, this is a good all-rounder if a little heavy. I have upgraded the OS from Windows 7 to 8.1 which has given it a new lease of life.

Tablets – Surface 2 and Kindle Fire

Smart Phone –  Daily Driver is Nokia Lumia 930, backup handset HTC 8x

Gaming – Xbox, Xbox 360 – The games I am currently playing are Mass Effect, Halo 3, Destiny and XCom Enemy Within.
