Gaming: Blood Bowl 2 – Campaign Part 8

Team morale is at an all-time low. The encounter with the Gouged Eye has left the Reavers with some serious injuries. Along with the death of Blitzer Olbrecht Urquhart, there are injuries to Ogre, Dar Mangler and Lineman, Wolfgang Fritz, keeping them on the sidelines for the foreseeable future. Now the Reavers travel to the Dwarf Dome, home of the mighty Warhammers. Infamous for their use of illegal death machines, the Reavers depleted squad will need to use all their experience to claim victory and keep their season alive.

Gaming: Blood Bowl 2 – Campaign Part 7

It’s matchday seven of the regular season and the Reavers are back at their home stadium, the Aldorf Oldbowl, the scene of many famous victories. This time the Reavers welcome their fiercest rivals and current Blood Bowl champions, the Gouged Eye. Formed in 2403, and led by the famous Orc Blitzer, Varag Ghoul-Chewer, the Gouged Eye are one of the most brutal sides of the modern era. This is a big game, for both sides, stay tuned.

The sleeping giant that is the Reikland Reavers march on, and after a laboured win against the Paladins, the pressure on the new head coach is as intense as ever. Boosted by the return of star player, The Mighty Zug, the Reavers should be well prepared to take on their next challenge, the Naggaroth Nightmares. Formed in 2489 the Nightmares are a vicious Dark Elf side, their speed and agility second to none, their witch elves will be looking to end the Reavers winning streak. Can the human side overcome their latest challenge?

Gaming: Blood Bowl 2 – Campaign Part 1

Its the last week of January 2021, and I at home, stuck in lock-down again. Fortunately, elite sport is continuing which is helping pass the time. The England cricket team are on tour in Sri Lanka, the Premier League is slowly simmering into what looks like a very interesting conclusion come May, but sport alone cant keep occupied for who knows how long during these long winter months. I suspect lock-down will last well into March and probably into April. So with this in mind I thought trying something different would be worth a go, and hopefully fun.
